What we build

AI-native products

Our own ventures — built to own and operate, not just ship. Software where the AI does the drafting and a person stays accountable.

Health & operations software

Tools for real clinical and operational work — paper-to-data, records, billing, claims — designed for the conditions they actually run in.

Content & automation pipelines

AI-assisted production pipelines that turn effort into output — reviewed by a human before anything ships.

How we work

a.

AI drafts, humans decide

The model does the busywork. A named person owns the outcome — always.

b.

Ship small, verify hard

Small releases, checked properly, beat big launches that break trust.

c.

British–Ghanaian footprint

A UK studio, building for African reality — and the gap between the two is where we’re useful.

Who’s behind it

Happy Milk logo

Frempong Labs is led by Jason Frempong, a builder across software, health and consumer goods. Before the studio he designed, sourced and shipped Happy Milk — a lactose-free milk brand now sold through supermarkets nationwide in Ghana — and built the team that sells and distributes it. That operator’s eye for what actually ships is how we build.
