Veritain
Decision-ready intelligence on UK companies — verified, not assumed.
What it is
Before you extend credit, sign the lease or take the case, Veritain answers one plain question: what does the public record actually say about this company? It scans Companies House, The Gazette, the UK sanctions list, FCA registers and VAT records, and returns a Business Probity Report with a clear GREEN, AMBER or RED rating — every finding traced to its source.
It runs on the studio doctrine. Software assembles the evidence, and clear reports issue in minutes — but any AMBER or RED rating is held for a human reviewer before it reaches the customer. Reports are evidential support for a commercial decision, not conclusive proof — and Veritain is not a credit reference agency.
Launched in July 2026, Veritain sells reports at three tiers — Snapshot (£20), Standard (£35) and Premium (£49, with a month of monitoring) — to SMEs, solicitors, landlords and credit & recovery teams. Further products on the same data spine, including ongoing monitoring, are on the way.
What we built
Evidence pipeline
Automated collection across five official UK sources, assembled into a source-traced report in minutes rather than days.
Risk rating with a human gate
GREEN reports issue automatically; AMBER and RED queue for a named reviewer’s sign-off before they’re released.
Self-serve storefront
Search a company, pick a tier, pay, get the report — plus the reviewer console that keeps a person accountable behind it.
Veritain is operated by Abacie Gamma Limited, trading as Veritain. Reports provide evidential support to inform a commercial decision and are not conclusive proof. Veritain is not a credit reference agency.
