Roomara
Lost property, returned — white-label, mostly unmanned, and invisible to the guest.
What it is
Nearly every hotel, gym, campus and venue has a drawer of things people left behind — and no sane way to get them home. Roomara is the missing back half of that story. Staff log a found item with a photo in seconds; the owner is identified and contacted as the property; they confirm it is theirs and pay one all-in price; a tracked courier returns it. Roomara stays invisible to the guest from beginning to end.
It is white-label and mostly unmanned by design. AI does the matching, the item descriptions and the messages; a person handles the exceptions. Underneath, the language is vertical-neutral — owner, site, location — with each industry’s own words surfaced through a terminology pack, so hospitality is a beachhead rather than a ceiling.
Accessibility is load-bearing rather than a late audit: WCAG 2.2 AA throughout, AAA contrast on body text, and every one of the twenty-two product surfaces drawn and reviewed before a line of product code was written.
The platform is being built now, spine first — the payment and item-history layer is on main and proven on neutral CI; the guest screens follow. It is built under a development harness the studio uses on its own work: architecture decisions recorded before code, failing tests written first, small reviewed changes, and gates that refuse anything touching payments, migrations or privacy without a named human’s sign-off.

A member of staff logs a found item from a phone in two taps — no account to create, no training day, and it keeps working when the network doesn’t.
The property’s name, never ours
Every message the owner receives is branded as the venue. The relationship stays the venue’s; Roomara is the machinery behind it.
A tamper-evident item history
Every event in an item’s life — found, matched, claimed, paid, despatched, returned — is appended to a hash-chained record that cannot be quietly rewritten.
