What it is
Nkwa Health turns paper assessments into clinician-approved reports and wellness plans, and runs the clinic day around them. It was built inside the daily reality of a Ghanaian clinic — the network that drops, the phone in every hand — not in an office far from one. “Nkwa” is Twi for life.
Two product lines share one foundation: the wellness line — assessments, plan builder, cohorts — live in pilot in Accra, and Nkwa OS, the hospital-operations line taking a facility from registration to NHIS claims in one login, now in development.
The safety rule is absolute: the AI drafts, and a named clinician decides. Nkwa Health is decision-support and wellness software — it is not a medical device and it does not diagnose.
